- Tart Cherry Sleep Elixir 🍒
Ingredients:
- 1 cup tart cherry juice (no added sugar)
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Fresh cherries or lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- In a glass, combine tart cherry juice, ashwagandha powder, and lemon juice.
